👩🍳 Instructions
1
Pat chicken dry and toss with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoons cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
2
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes. Arrange chicken in a single layer and air-fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and 165°F (74°C) inside.
3
Toss broccoli with 1 tablespoon olive oil, flaky sea salt, and pepper. Air-fry at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes, shaking once, until edges char lightly.
4
In a small saucepan, combine 3 tablespoons soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Simmer briefly and whisk in the cornstarch slurry until glossy and slightly thickened.
5
Toss hot chicken with half the sauce in a large bowl, add broccoli, and toss gently. Add more sauce if desired. Serve over rice or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
