👩🍳 Instructions
1
Pat chicken pieces dry and season with salt and pepper. Whisk egg and milk in a shallow bowl.
2
Combine panko, 1/2 cup Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper in another shallow dish.
3
Dip each chicken piece into the egg wash, then press into the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly. Place on a tray and repeat.
4
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange chicken in a single layer in the basket and lightly mist with cooking spray.
5
Air fry for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and is golden and crisp. Cook in batches if necessary.
6
While the last batch cooks, melt butter in a small pan over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (30–45 seconds), then remove from heat.
7
Stir in 2 tablespoons Parmesan, parsley, and lemon juice to the butter. Toss hot chicken bites in the garlic-Parmesan butter until coated.
8
Garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
