In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the unsweetened cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, and sweetener until well combined and no lumps remain.

Gradually pour in about half of the milk, whisking continuously to form a thick, smooth paste. Slowly add the remaining milk, continuing to whisk vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and free of any powder clumps.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pudding to thicken to a creamy consistency.

While the pudding chills, wash and slice your fresh strawberries.

Once chilled, stir the pudding one last time. Divide the chocolate protein pudding evenly into three serving cups or ramekins. Top generously with the sliced fresh strawberries and serve immediately.

For an even richer flavor, add a tiny pinch of sea salt or 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Adjust the amount of sweetener based on your protein powder's sweetness and your personal preference. For meal prep, store pudding and strawberries separately, combining just before serving to maintain strawberry freshness.
