Optional: Place cottage cheese in a fine-mesh sieve and let drain for 10-15 minutes, pressing gently to remove excess liquid.

In a medium bowl, combine the drained cottage cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir gently to ensure spices are evenly distributed.

Spoon small dollops of the seasoned cottage cheese onto the prepared baking sheet. Using the back of a spoon or a small offset spatula, spread each dollop as thinly and evenly as possible. Aim for a single layer, giving space between each chip.

Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the edges are deeply golden brown and the centers appear firm and crispy. Baking time will vary based on oven and thickness.

Remove from oven and let the chips cool completely on the baking sheet. They will crisp up further as they cool. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3-4 days.
💡 Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning before baking. If chips lose crispness, reheat in a 300°F (150°C) oven for a few minutes.
