1. In a medium bowl, combine shredded coconut, almond butter, melted coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.

3. Mix well until thoroughly combined and slightly sticky.

4. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls. If too soft, chill for 10-15 minutes.

💡 Notes
Savory bites stored at room temperature for 3-4 days, or refrigerated for up to a week. Sweet bites must be refrigerated and last up to a week. Both can be frozen for longer storage. Adjust sweetener to your preference in sweet bites. Experiment with different spices in savory bites.
